Used to process metal coils through uncoiling, leveling, length setting and shearing into flat sheets of the required length, then stacking them. Suitable for processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various surface-coated metal materials.
The production line mainly consists of a loading trolley, uncoiler, leveler, feeding mechanism, shearing machine, conveying device and stacking device. A slitting machine can be configured in the line to cut the sheet into the required widths, then cut to length and stack. It is a high-performance product integrating machinery, electricity and hydraulics.
