Emergency measures for safety incidents on cut-to-length lines:
1. If any abnormality is found during production, press the emergency stop button immediately to stop the machine.
2. In the event of an unexpected power outage, use temporary emergency lighting, switch off the equipment power switch, and evacuate in an orderly manner under the unified command of the team leader.
3. In a sudden safety accident, cut off the equipment power, preserve the scene, and report to superiors promptly. If anyone is injured, arrange rescue personnel immediately.
4. In the event of a fire, cut off the equipment power immediately. The team leader arranges personnel to use fire-fighting equipment to extinguish the fire. If the fire is large, call “119” immediately, report to superiors, and arrange evacuation according to the fire emergency plan.
